Process Development
We deliver processing technology that we developed with focus on electrolysis, water treatment and separation performance. We also deliver major devices and technology developed by business partners. We especially pride in setting up high performance treatment processes in the early stages of customer processing facilities.
Electrolysis technology
- Salt electrolysis : High performance and durable salt electrolysis plant including electrolyzer.
- Other electrolysis and related technology : Water electrolysis, Organic electrolysis, electro dialysis, active cathode, system to remove Glauber's salt, etc.
Water treatment technology
- Hypochlorous acid generation system : Oxidation, disinfectant, deodorizer, bleaching using hypochlorous acid made from electrolysis of seawater and salt water.
- O3 generation system : Oxidation, disinfectant, deodorizer, bleaching with ozone.
Separation technology
- Static separation : Remove solid impurities in insulant using high voltage static guidance.
- Ultra critical gas extraction　Ultra critical gas extraction technology mainly using carbon dioxide.
Engineering
Planning
We are involved from the customer's planning stage, selecting processes, evaluating technology, specifying the size of plant, assess economic assessment such as feasibility study, and planning basic projects, then creating a master plan from the customer's viewpoint.
Design
Pursuit of good cost performance in production by effectively and safety implementing basic planning and creating a basic design to reduce overall cost. We economically and effectively externalize the detail design of device, instrumentation, electricity, plumbing, construction, etc. according to the basic design.
Procurement
In order for the entire plant to achieve good results and reduce cost, it is important to select high performance devices, good range of detailed designs and trusted manufacturers. Optimal procurement is ensured by comprehensively examining quality, price and turnaround time from our procurement network in the domestic and overseas markets.
Construction
Since various works are conducted within the scheduled deadline at the construction site, which is a key in promoting the project, the operation process must be comprehensively planned and adjusted. We employ our own project management system and strictly manage the process, quality and cost under our consistent corporate responsibility system.
Technical guidance
We offer a wide range of technical support upon request regarding test operations, performance tests, operator training, sending operators, etc.

The importance in plant maintenance is to operate the plant consecutively, economically and safely for a long period. We have established the best maintenance system based on our expertise and know-how. Routine maintenance of improvement works, various inspections and facility diagnosis is available upon request.
