1. Extremely safe and economic
Since the amount of hypochlorous acid required in the plant is produced, there is no risk required to deliver or store hazardous materials such as high-pressure chlorine. Therefore, you can save cost to assign qualified staffs required by law. In addition, the production cost is low because seawater is used for the Brine solution.
2. High performance electrolyzer
The key of seawater electrolysis is the performance of the electrolyzer. For CECHLO-M, the latest special metal electrode is effectively installed so that it can be operated with low electric power for a long period and so you can dramatically save in operation cost.
3. Easy maintenance and control
CECHLO-M has a structure where scales such as magnesium and calcium in seawater are difficult to adhere. Even if scales are attached, the electrolyzer can be easily disassembled/assembled and the anode can be easily replaced. In addition, if you use an acid wash unit attached with the device, you can remove scales without disassembling the electrolyzer.
Usage
- Prevention marine organisms from attaching to condenser of seawater cooling line, pipe and various cooling devices.
- Final sterilization of sewage water.
- Oxidation of various industrial wastewaters. (COD reduction, decolorization, cyan decomposition, etc.)
You can also assign liquid chlorine, ozone or hydrogen peroxide water use for fields.
