The ozone gas has so strong oxidizing power that it is used for sterilization, deodorization, bleaching or other purposes. The ozone gas has several advantages such as simplification structure of the ozone gas decomposer and has been used in many fields because it can be decomposed into oxygen by itself.
Examples of use are below.
The ozone gas is generated by applying high-voltage through dielectric between electrodes and supplying air or oxygen. The electrode structure is circularity and creeping discharge, and the ozone gas can be generated from low concentration to high concentration, however, the concentration is subject to change, depending upon voltage, cooling system, electrode structure, raw gas or so on.
