SRS provides a technology of removal of glauber's salt using molecule colander membrane.
SRS is a facility to remove glauber's salt from salt water and is used in an ion exchange membrane of an electrolyzer plant. Special coating is applied to the surface of the molecule colander membrane to selectively separate only glauber's salt and to get high density glauber's salt. Since no industrial waste such as mud are by-products, it is an effective way to protect the natural environment.

Equipments consists of the SRS unit include the pump and housing only, and elements are embedded in the housing. The separation feature of the membrane is designed to separate glauber's salt, force combination of repulsion over the hole diameter, and multivalent ionization (SO42-). Glauber's salt is selectively separated and condensed while the supplied salt water goes through the housing. Low density glauber's Brine solution permeating the membrane is reused as collected salt water.

A portion of dechlorinated salt water is branched and supplied to SRS.
Purged Brine solution with high density of glauber's salt is sent to the drain and permeated salt water is collected in the dissolution line.
For SRS, the amount of drain water and loss of salt is smaller than the purge method and the mud process of the barium method is not required. So you can reduce the running cost substantially.
