Water Electrolysis

Issues on power tend to focus on environment problems and saving energy. We provide hydrogen generation devices to use surplus electric power, life-support devices in the closed area, and pure water electrolysis method using oxygen generation device as resource of oxygen supply. High purity hydrogen and oxygen can be generated by using a zero gap structure and high performance membrane.

Organic Electrolysis

The electric and chemical method to synthesize and produce organic materials is called organic electrolysis. Since organic electrolysis does not pollute the environment, it is recognized as a clean energy saving process. As an example of organic electrolysis, there is TMAH (Tetra Methyl Ammonium Hydroxide) that uses our ion exchange membrane electrolyzer technology. This method electrolyzes TMA salt and produces high purity TMAH for use by the semiconductor industry.

Remove Glauber's Salt

There are two ways to selectively remove glauber's salt that are impurities in Brine solution. Glauber's salt can be chemically absorbed and removed by using an ion exchange substance and physically removed by using an ultra-filter. As chemical methods, there are NDS (New Desulfation system) that uses an ion exchange substance and RNDS (Resin type New Desulfaction System) that uses and keeps the ion exchange substance in a resin. As a physical method, there is SRS (Sulphate Removal System) that uses an ultra-filter.

Active Cathode

In the field of electrolysis, saving electric consumption is one of the biggest issues. Hydrogen over-voltage of the cathode for salt electrolysis is relatively high and it cannot be ignored. We directly developed and created an active cathode to reduce hydrogen over-voltage and work with affiliate companies. We also developed a high performance active cathode of wet and dry methods, such as the nickel diffusion method.

Denitration (Electric Dialysis)

Today, underground water is commonly polluted with fertilizers, waste, animal sewage, etc. and it is important to take denitration appropriate measures. The electric dialysis method attracts nitrate ions and condenses it, and is the most suitable way to denitrate nitrogen from the waste water in an economical and thorough manner.
