Basic Information Security Policy
Chlorine Engineers (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) considers information security as an essential element of IT environment supporting management and organizational activities and provides its clients with better products and services.
While understanding its responsibility of safeguarding the information assets against various risks in the process, the Company has developed the basic policy on information security in order to respond to its clients trust and to raise awareness of its handling information security. All officers and employees of the Company will ensure and bolster information security.
- In addition to the most important information provided by the clients, the Company shall define the information assets to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability indispensable for steady business continuity. The Company shall accurately identify the information assets and implement necessary measures to protect them from various threats.
- The Company shall comply with the Private Information Protection Law as well as with all relevant laws and regulations.
- The Company shall designate an information security administrator and organize the information security committee under the administrator’s direction to promote information security. The administrator and the committee shall give each member adequate responsibility, authority and management resources necessary for the implementation of information security management.
- The Company shall review and asses the information security management in order to continuously improve its implementation.
- All officers and employees of the Company shall be regularly trained in order to be informed of and promote the information security management based on this basic policy. The Company shall continue improving, promoting and maintaining execution of information security.
